The best thing about life, Is knowing you put it together

"They look like big strong hands... don't they?"

Water rolls down the skin like tiny beads..
Eyes close so that they might see.
Illum tangendo (touching him)
This sun is a star in someone else's sky
Illum tangendo (touching him)
This moon is making someone cry...
Illum tangendo (touching him)

"I'm makin' devils cower to the Caucus Mountains"

Wu Tang Clan

So, as a way to move about writing some more I am going to ask a question of you....
loyal reader's (or is it reader?) your valued opinion. Am I too damn whiny? I would say of myself yes... yes I am. But when I write it's to drive back those very dark and serious feelings that plague my slightly special (short bus) mind. Do you enjoy this writing style? Or do you enjoy those times when I "attempt" to be Clever and Witty?
Those of you who know me on a personal level know I am not always a whiny bitch. I actually put on a hell of a show of being retardedly goofy. But I really need this. I need your feedback...
Comment on "Ye Ol' Blog" here or send me a message either through e-mail: CaptpirateFace@aol.com
or through my myspace, www.myspace.com/captpirateface
If I am not a "friend" on myspace send me a request, I keep it private so you will need to know my last name or e-mail address. If you know my last name, good for you! I am not putting it up here (have I already??? hmmm.) But you do have my e-mail above.

o.k. first of all. I hate scary movies. For the afore mentioned reason. U would be saddened to know how many of those I have never heard of. As for u personaly. U know I have got nothin' but love for you. Whiney, no. Honest, yes. Is that not what your blog is for. To speak your mind regardless. A place to let some of the harshness of the day. To feel better for a tiny second. Keep on spilling my tormented friend. Thats what some people are hear for, a far away shoulder. And because your a kick ass writer.

True art isn't about pleasing an audience, once you start creating or pandering to an audience your art becomes commercial.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, commercial art pays my rent.

But I prefer to read what you want to write, not what you think I want to read.

"Evil Dead II (I am sorry but I think the first "Evil Dead" Blew Monkey Cock.. let the hate mail commence...BEN ;)... )"

This coming from a guy who lists a top 100 starting with #1 (your favorite) counting down to #100 (your least favorite)

Way to keep readers coming back to see what movie barely makes your list. ;)

I wish you knew how amazing you are. Or that you could, at the very least, see how amazing you are in my eyes.

Whether you are whiny or not doesn't matter one bit. You are who you are, and you write about who you are, and what you feel. You are able to make others feel what you are feeling with words put to paper. That is powerful.

It seems like the general consensus so far is that people really want to read everything you write because you are genuine. That is what matters.

Don't change a thing. You have always been an amazing writer/artist. Whether you are being "whiny" or "clever and witty". ;)

How can you save me when you can't save yourself?

writing.
