That illustration up above, the one with the scared kid in bed with bats and at least one owl outside his window? I used to have a record with that as the cover art - Spooky Scary Stories or some such. I can almost hear it now... Wait Until martin Comes, The Skinny Toe....

ReplyDeleteA friend of mine collects old vinyl Halloween albums and sent me that photo... Loved it the second i saw it. Just made a slew of sense to me.
